Wireless World, an authorized retailer of Verizon Wireless products and services, was founded in 1995 by Vince Lubben. Lubben began his career in the wireless industry as a sales representative for a local dealer during the early days of cell phone technology. Recognizing the potential for growth, he established his own business, opening the first Wireless World store in Vermillion, South Dakota, in 1999.
